La risorsa avrà la responsabilità di garantire che le attività di Mechanical Completion siano programmate ed eseguite in accordo ai requisiti contrattuali e secondo il progetto in modo tale che i lavori di pre-commissioning e commissioning possano essere avviati.
Il candidato riporterà direttamente al Dipartimento di Qualità e al Project Quality Manager.
Nello specifico la risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
- Monitorare lo svolgimento dei lavori per assicurarsi che il completamento meccanico sia eseguito in accordo e in conformità ai requisiti del progetto, disegni e ai piani di controllo/ispezione in base ai programmi stabiliti.
- Preparare un programma delle ispezioni da effettuare settimanalmente con il cliente.
- Eseguire i sopralluoghi di "pre-ispezione" per assicurarsi, prima della notifica formale al Cliente, che esistano le condizioni per la convocazione del Cliente stesso all'ispezione ufficiale.
- Elaborazione e compilazione della documentazione di controllo di completamento meccanico per l'input al sistema MC del Cliente.
- Monitorare, assieme al Capo modulo, l'esecuzione delle attività dei vari Subappaltatori (montaggio meccanico, collaudi, verniciature, coibentazioni, etc.) secondo le sequenze stabilite per poter rispettare la pianificazione prevista e il raggiungimento dell'obiettivo previsto
- Gestire la Punch List assicurandone la chiusura in collaborazione con il Team di Costruzione.
- Supportare il Subcontract Manager nel rapporto con i Subappaltatori.
Inserimento diretto in azienda, l'offerta economica sarà commisurata all'esperienza della risorsa individuata
