Responsibilities

  • Developing market and HTA analyses
  • Supporting the preparation of Core Value Dossier, Pricing and Reimbursement Dossiers both at a national and a regional level
  • Supporting Payer & KOL consultations and the organization of Advisory Boards
  • Conducting literature review
  • Contributing to the preparation, execution and follow up of client workshops
  • Working independently and as part of a team, with responsibility for supervising junior team members

Requirements:

  • MSc degree in Pharmacy or Biology with strong record of academic achievement
  • A second degree in Health Economics is considered as a plus.
  • At least 3 year work experience gained with a consulting firm specialized in the Market Access field
  • Understanding of the PRMA business model, drug development process, Italian health care system
  • Ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions and succinctly summarize recommendations
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills: strong skills in working with Excel spreadsheets and creating presentations with Power Point
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent execution skills, consistently meeting deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines
  • Keenness to learn and commitment to a rapid development curve
  • Ability to work in a team
