MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
The mission of this position will be to lead "Smart Product" inside Product Development of (COMPANY NAME), main target will be:
guarantee execution of 3YP in the area, integrate projectwithin Essilor (COMPANY NAME) environment, evaluate new opportunity in the, keep track of on going project.
RELATED ACTIVITIES
Lead "Smart Product" team, 4 people, be responsible for budgeting, project portfolio, investment decision.
Evaluating new ideas and business opportunity.
Discussing agreement with third party in the digital environment.
Report cross functional on all project assigned.
Working cross function to draft product specification, performances, tipping point
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Good scientific background, able to sustain discussion on unknown technical field
Having managed:
team at least 5- people, budgets, business evaluation
Project Management skill for high demanding project ( MEUR budget 50- people involved )
Solid track record of project accomplished, better if in different field
Culture for consumer product ( Luxury as a plus )
