Job Description

Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, the figure will have these main responsibilities:

  • Develop Traditional Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to create comprehensive non-digital marketing plans that align with overall business objectives.
  • Execute Marketing Campaigns: Implement traditional marketing campaigns across various channels, trade fairs, including print ads, television commercials, radio spots, direct mail, and outdoor advertising.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling content for traditional marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, print advertisements, and direct mail pieces.
  • Media Planning and Buying: Identify appropriate media outlets and negotiate advertising placements to maximize reach and effectiveness within budget constraints.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as sales, product development, and creative services to ensure alignment of messaging and goals.
  • Budget Management: Manage traditional marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of traditional marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to evaluate effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Brand Identity Management: Define and maintain the company's brand identity, including brand positioning, messaging, visual identity, and communication style.
  • Brand Guidelines: Develop and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all communications and marketing materials, both internal and external.
  • Brand Partnerships: Identify and develop strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand reach and relevance.
  • Brand Compliance: Ensure compliance with brand standards and legal requirements in all brand-related activities and communications.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of marketing and communications professionals, including digital marketers, content creators, and communication specialists.

Competenze ed esperienza

The successful candidates will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree may be preferred.
  • Proven experience (>5 years) in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to craft compelling brand messages.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative brand strategies and solutions.
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Full proficiency in English language
