Quality Engineer

Our Quality Department of Pavullo nel Frignano Plant is looking for a skilled, experienced and motivated person to join the CH team.

The resource, reporting directly to the Plant Quality Manager, will be included in a work team that will support production with the aim of standardizing processes and achieving the set objectives.

Main responsibilities:

-Develop and maintain Quality Management system according to ISO 9001:2015 requirements

-Responsibility for the analysis of KPI indicators such as non-quality costs, production PPM

-Develop and process analysis of Problem Solving Reports, Quality Tables, monitoring lists for improvement actions and management of material acceptance exceptions based on the risk analysis of the Engineering department

-Develop and process analyzes for continuous improvement to be implemented in production with the aim of reducing waste and non-quality costs and recovering efficiency

-Communicate the status of quality projects to key stakeholders

Education: Master degree in engineering or similar field, or equivalent work experience.

Experience and know how:

-minimum 5 years quality management experience in complex industrial organizations.

-Strong understanding of ISO 9001 standard and related implementation.

-Quality auditor qualification (internal audits as minimum) is preferred.

You are a dynamic, goal-oriented person, with a strong proactive approach and very good relationship skills including interpersonal, verbal communication, empathy, networking and team building skills. You are passionate in Quality and Quality Management.

Languages: fluent in English and Italian both spoken and written.
