Cranial & Spinal Technologies (CST) Operating Unit is aimed to serve Neurosurgical and Orthopedic Market through innovative and sustainable technological solutions to perform cranial and spinal procedure.

Our attitude is to put patient first as the center of our interest to support Health Care Professional (HCP) in reaching best clinical outcomes in sustainable environment.


As individual contributor, you will join the Cranial and Spinal Technologies Operating Unit, with direct report to the District Manager.

As hybrid technical consultant, you will provide support to Cranial & Spinal Technologies Portfolio directly in the operating theatre, but also outside, being active part in demo, presentation, meetings and lab with sales colleagues.


Travelling involved:
at least 75% of total time.

A Day in the Life
- technical responsibility of CST portfolio: intraoperative support for imaging, spinal and power products with particular focus on surgical synergy customers
- training and education, technical update of physicians, nurses and everybody related with company technology;
- support post marketing activities
- good attitude to problem solving. Strongly inclined to relationship, listening and communication with other people. Being cooperative and able to combine forces in teamwork
- work close with salesforce in order to deliver strategies and results. Monitor and update funnel opportunities.

KPIs would be based on:

- financial results based on CST target
- return of Investment (ROI) of tailored programs and projects

Accountability:
be perceived as the key person for technical support in the region

Must Haves

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • IT Skills: Competent with most Microsoft Office programmes (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
  • English Level: intermediate

Nice to Haves

  • Degree in Biomedical Engineering
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Biomedical Devices Market, or advanced degree. (no experience will be also evaluated)
