Waiter

For a Masseria located in the Canale di Pirro, we are looking for a qualified and friendly WAITER (for the evening shift) to join our team.

About the job:

Responsibilities:

• Being responsible for the dinner service of the guests in the Masseria;
• Collaborate with the housekeeping staff for setting up and cleaning the tables;
• Have close collaboration with the chef in the choice of the "mise en place" and the management of dinner service times;
• Prepare, if necessary, predinner aperitifs preparation of snacks and drinks;
• Help the team complete the evening shift;
• Be of assistance to guests with anything they may need in the afternoon collaborating between staff and guests where needed;
• If necessary, collaborate with the staff for the management of beverage orders and everything that can be useful for the house;.

Necessary prerequisites:

• Positive attitude and flexibility;
• Experience serving at 4star plus level service;
• Cocktail knowledge is an extra plus;
• Knowledge of the English language, advanced level;
• Team player;
• Strong customer orientation;

The position is intended to be full time (6 days a week from pm/11pm), national-tourism contract, fixed until September with strong possibility of extension.
