YOUR ROLE
  • Coordinate and assist in the transport planning process to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Work closely with the transport planner to secure carrier availability
  • Liaise with warehouses and Customer Service Control Tower
  • Handle express deliveries for urgent orders
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of Master data updates
  • Track deliveries in real-time using trace tool
  • Oversee transport-related issues and complaints
  • Reconcile discrepancies in carrier invoicing with Purchasing/Finance
  • Generate transport KPI reports to evaluate carrier performance
YOUR SKILLS
  • Master's degree in Management Engineering, Logistics & Supply Chain, or related fields
  • Prior experience in a similar capacity is advantageous
  • Customer-centric approach to transportation
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High level of enthusiasm and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
