Property Administration Specialist

**Principali attività**:
- Gestione dei contratti: presa in carico, gestione, caricamento e aggiornamento del Data Base informatico e della Data Room;
- Conduzione delle relazioni con i conduttori, fatturazione ordinaria e relativi aggiornamenti periodici previsti per legge o contrattualmente (indicizzazioni, monitoraggio recessi, disdette e riconsegne ecc. );
- Reporting periodico;
- Gestione del credito;
- Controllo e registrazione incassi;
- Gestione e monitoraggio del credito (fase stragiudiziale);
- Analisi del credito.
**Requisiti**:
- Laurea in materie economiche;
- Conoscenze di base di contabilità;
- Una esperienza in aziende del settore ed in ruoli analoghi costituirà titolo preferenziale;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
