Postulez maintenant | Your challenges?TMC Italia is looking for a Business Analyst based in Milan (Italy) to work on the design of a new Data Integration Platform.

The activity will be carried on in an international context, directly interfacing stakeholders.

Responsibilities will include:


Gather and document the business requirements for a new data integration platformDrive requirements elicitation ensuring alignment with delivery of business value; solution architecture; solution design.

Ability to think about business processes outside of the technology context.

Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements producing a Business Requirement Specification document (BRS) and a System Requirements Specification (SRS) documentDefine data quality KPI's for the new platformMaintain, expand and document the Conceptual Information Model (CIM)Build a logical data model and link it to the CIMDesign and document the data flows involved in the development of the integration platformUse of modelling practices to analyze requirement and create suggestions for improvements and changesUnderstanding of functional analysis and UI mock-upsDrafting of written documentation to support work, reporting on findings and presentation to stakeholders when necessaryDaily relationship and management of different stakeholdersUAT definition and business support on test execution.| What do we expect from you?Mandatory a Master's Degree in technical disciplinesMandatory experience in the roleExceptional analytical, problem solving and conceptual thinking skillsExcellent documentation skillsExperience in creating user stories and reportsExperience on requirements engineering and process modeling using UMLUnderstanding of functional analysis and UI mock-upsUnderstanding of usability principlesKnowledge of business analysis methodologies (i.e.
