Elaboration and revision of national and international employment contracts, management of hiring procedures and termination with all mandatory declarations, ensuring compliance with the reference standards in cooperation with external consultants in the various countriesAdministrative tasks of the entire employee life cycle related to general personnel administration such as registration and maintenance of personal data and management of deadlines such as contracts, absences, declarationsProcessing and control of attendance and absences for Italy and abroadPreparatory activities for payroll processing through timely delivery of relevant data to external consultantsClose cooperation with payroll consultants for the implementation of labour law regulations and monitoring compliance with them, ensuring conformity requirements in the various European countries managedSupport for employees and group managers on various labour and personnel law issuesSkills & Requirements:Bachelor's degree or comparable qualification3-5 years of professional experience preferably in the field of personnel administration and in international companiesProactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independentlyFast understanding and strong organizational skills and manage multiple prioritiesStrong analytical and problem solving skills and ability to use data as a basis for insights and decision makingReliability and discretionFlexibility, team spirit and strong relational skillsExcellent knowledge of English both written and spokenPreferably knowledge of Italian and/or GermanProfessional knowledge of MS-Office and preferably of Zucchetti programsWe offer:Flexible working hoursMeal vouchersCorporate welfareSupplementary health fundGrowth opportunities and training servicesDynamic working environmentWe offer a responsible job in a varied and dynamic environment within a fast-growing company on an international scale.
