**Tra le attività di cui il profilo si occuperà**:
Supporto quotidiano nella gestione del complain e nella formalizzazione di procedure e standards allo staff;
Formazione ON THE JOB degli addetti, con focus particolare sui reparti F&B e Housekeeping;
Verifica della corretta applicazione degli standards di servizio dei vari reparti;
Individuazione dei fabbisogni aziendali in termini di corsi di formazione strettamente correlati all'operatività alberghiera;
Supporto nella progettazione dei piani di formazione individuali e di reparto in una logica di miglioramento e aggiornamento delle prestazioni e dei processi di lavoro;
Formazione in ordine agli standard Leading Hotels e alle procedure aziendali.
Pregressa esperienza di almeno 2 anni in un contesto e un ruolo similari in cui si applichino standard qualitativi di servizio alti;
Conoscenza di Standard e Procedure LQA;
Ottima padronanza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza di un'ulteriore lingua straniera costituisce un plus;
L'esperienza maturata in alcuni dipartimenti dell'hotel costituirà titolo preferenziale.
Pensiamo ad una figura con un forte focus operativo sui reparti e che garantisca flessibilità in termini di turnistiche.

Residenza e/o domicilio in loco o in zone limitrofe costituiranno titolo preferenziale.
