Responsabilità della posizione:
La risorsa entrerà a far parte del team Retail & Service Channel Strategy contribuendo alla definizione del corretto dimensionamento della forza vendita diretta Sky all'interno dei negozi della grande distribuzione e supportando il responsabile della struttura in tutte le attività di relazione con le grandi catene della grande distribuzione di elettrodomestici.

Principali attività:
In particolare, le attività della risorsa si focalizzeranno su:

- Analisi redditività e performance: la risorsa monitorerà la sostenibilità dei punti vendita Sky all'interno dei negozi GDO e proporrà azioni per incrementarne il valore in accordo con i colleghi operanti sul territorio e contribuirà alla definizione del corretto dimensionamento della rete
- Sviluppo vendite in autonomia: la risorsa supporterà il responsabile della struttura nel proporre e condividere con le insegne della gdo soluzioni per sviluppare le vendite di prodotti Sky
- La risorsa supporterà il responsabile della struttura per nella relazione quotidiana con le principali insegne della GDO e nella gestione di tutte le tematiche relative al rapporto commerciale
- Gestione venditori: la risorsa darà supporto nella gestione della forza vendita Sky per ciò che concerne il dimensionamento della forza vendita, rapporti di lavoro, piani commissionali

Requisiti richiesti:

- Buone capacità organizzative e gestionali
- Approccio commerciale, spirito di iniziativa, propositività e problem solving
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel e PowerPoint
- Buona capacità di sintesi e di rappresentazione dei dati
- Attitudine al lavoro in gruppo e alla collaborazione

DURATA: 6 MESI
