Lead CX/UX Designer

Responsabilità
- Studio, analisi e ottimizzazione della User Interface e User eXperience del portfolio prodotti Wolters Kluwer Italia
- Prototipazione attraverso mockup high fidelity delle soluzioni, con particolare attenzione ai prodotti web e cloud nativi
- Studio di nuovi pattern e condivisione degli stessi a beneficio del Product Design System
- Organizzazione e manutenzione del repository di tutti i progetti di Design sviluppati nei diversi Teams
- Partecipazione periodica alla UX Community italiana e europea
- Stretta collaborazione e interazione con l'area di Product Management, con gli Architetti di prodotto e con tutti gli altri team members per analizzare, identificare e implementare il design più idoneo.

Requisiti principali
- Diploma specialistico/laurea in ambito design o studi equivalenti
- Buona conoscenza di tool di design quali Invision, Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator
- Conoscenza dei principi di User Research e User Testing in accordo con i fondamenti della Lean UX
- Conoscenza di base di Html e CSS
- Buone capacità relazionali a tutti i livelli e al lavoro in team
- Orientamento all'innovazione tecnologica, all'autoapprendimento e al problem solving
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata.
