Role definition

Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting for VIP individuals' Wi-Fi connectivity issues and ensure seamless internet access.
  • Assist with resolving problems related to meeting room appliances, including but not limited to projectors, screens, and conference call systems.
  • Offer guidance and support for accessing the local network, ensuring secure and efficient connectivity.

Key Requirements:

  • Proficient understanding of networking concepts and experience troubleshooting Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
  • Strong technical skills in resolving meeting room appliance issues and familiarity with audiovisual equipment.
  • Audio video and meeting room configuration and support experience.
  • Proficiency in windows/apple PC's and in android/IOS devices.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide topnotch customer service, especially when dealing with VIP clientele.
  • Proven problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical issues.
  • Languages: fluent in Italian and English

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred. Prior experience in a similar onsite support role is highly advantageous.
  • Relevant certifications in networking or IT support would be a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Additional Information:

  • This is a fulltime position that requires onsite presence at the customer's location in Milan (Italy).
