We are looking for a
Distribution Supervisor to to join our team in Castel San Pietro Terme (BO).

YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE:

  • Coordinating timely distribution of goods
  • Planning and scheduling shipments
  • Optimizing distribution routes and methods
  • Communicating with carriers and drivers
  • Handling customer inquiries and concerns
  • Analyzing and improve distribution efficiency
  • Distributing efficiently and effectively work among team members
  • Ensuring high levels of employees' performance, motivation, and engagement
  • Leading and developing the team through shadowing, coaching and continuous feedback.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • You have a High school diploma or equivalent
  • You have at least 5 years of proven experience in the role
  • You have strong knowledge of distribution processes, transportation methods, and inventory
  • You have experience as team leader or team coordinator
  • You have proven proficiency in logistics software and systems for tracking and reporting
  • You have problemsolving and analytical skills
