Il/La Technical Sales avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

  • Mappare il territorio nazionale relativamente al Settore Pest Management su clienti;
  • Incrementare lo sviluppo commerciale sia attraverso la vendita diretta sia mediante la ricerca di gare d'appalto;
  • Raggiungere obiettivi commerciali fissati con il proprio responsabile;
  • Scouting;
  • Controllo e Gestione;
  • Conoscenza del Mercato;
  • Organizzazione appuntamenti;
  • Individuazione interlocutori e dirigenti;
  • Risposta ai bisogni e motivazione;

Requisiti: Il/La Technical Sales avrà le seguenti caratteristiche: Laurea/Diploma ambito tecnico-scientifico; Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nelle vendite nel settore pest management; Competenze relazionali; Problem solving; Comunicazione; Attitudine al comando; Iniziativa; Spirito di competizione; Metodo; Reattività ed efficacia; Perseveranza; Curiosità; Dinamismo e tenacia sul lavoro; Orientamento al cliente e senso del servizio; Attività commerciale (numero visite, offerte, contratti).
