Join our dynamic team as an ELECTRONICS INDUSTRIALIZATION ENGINEER and be part of our mission to shape the future of transportation.

  • Manage new product introduction in production, including analysis of technical documentation, design and implementation of manufacturing & testing tools, redaction of instructions, and training of workers.
  • Propose, set up, and improve manufacturing processes, workstations, tooling, routings, and assembly & testing instructions.
  • Support manufacturing and testing activities, both internally and at supplier's premises.
  • Facilitate manufacturing continuous improvements and assist quality department during technical analysis.

Preferred experience and job requisitions:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an electronic factory as an engineer;
  • Master Degree in Electronics engineering or equivalent;
  • Familiarity with electronic instrumentation: multimeter, oscilloscope, function generators, National Instruments tools;
  • Knowledge of Labview language and C++ language;
  • Professional proficiency in English language.

Job location: Florence (preferable) or Bologna
