Adecco Italia S.p.A. filiale di Forlì, per azienda operante nel settore metalmeccanico, ricerca un/una:

Customer Care (Cat. Prot. L.68/99)

La risorsa di occuperà di:

• Inserire gli ordini: gli ordini dovranno essere nel sistema lo stesso giorno, al massimo il giorno successivo;

• Rispondere alle domande relative al prodotto: prezzo, sconto, tempi di consegna;

• Consigliare i clienti sui prodotti e sui prezzi fino ad un certo livello di dettaglio;

• Gestire gli ordini: tempi di consegna, track&trace;

• Revisionare gli ordini di vendita aperti;

• Proporre il preventivo per i Clienti nell'ERP locale: maggiori volumi in coordinamento con i KAM;

• Gestire la nota di credito, la differenza di prezzo e il supporto finanziario nel processo di sollecito;

• Gestire le spedizioni di reso;

• Coordinarsi con la logistica e la supply chain (disponibilità dei prodotti, ...);

• Risolvere i problemi relativi al superamento dei limiti di credito (insieme a Finanza/KAM);

• Elaborare le spedizioni dirette (container);

• Mantenere l'anagrafica del cliente;

• Mantenere i dati sui prezzi e sugli sconti;

• Creare un nuovo account cliente nell'ERP locale.

Competenze richieste:

• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritto e orale);

• Buona attitudine alla gestione dei Clienti e degli Utenti Finali;

• Buona conoscenza dei software IT come la suite Office365 (la conoscenza di Dynamics ERP è requisito preferenziale);

• Predisposizione all'apprendimento.

Si offre un contratto full time dal Lunedì al Venerdì dalle 8:30 alle 12:30 e dalle 13:30 alle 17:30
