Omnichannel Training Internship

We are looking for an engaged and passionate Intern to join our Training and Engagement team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy.

Her/His focus will be to support the creation of the new Client Experience, digital training and other key Omnichannel projects.

We are seeking a self-starter with proven ability to take initiative and a proactive attitude. Soft skills are paramount, since the position will be in touch with many and several departments of the company. Previous experience in Retail is highly appreciated.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work within the HQ Omnichannel Training and Engagement team to define the new Client Experience;
  • Work on our global digital training app to support and create training content and reporting
  • Work with Moncler regional teams (APAC, Japan, Korea, EMEA, US) to collect feedback on WW projects and facilitate the rollout of such initiatives;
  • Manage Global Omnichannel Activations and track performance at a global and regional level;
  • Organization and oversight of payment processes and contracts for Training suppliers;
  • Organization of decks, reports, files, planning documents.

Requirements:

  • Great organization skills, with the ability to manage projects and deadlines across multiple teams;
  • Bachelor's degree or local country equivalent;
  • High proficiency in PPT & Excel;
  • Available to move to Milan;
  • Prior internship experience within the Retail luxury fashion sector is a plus;
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken. Fluency in Italian is a plu;
  • International experience is a plus.
