**ATTIVITA'**:
- Accoglie, assiste e supporta la clientela durante la fase di acquisto
- Fornisce consulenze personalizzate al fine di garantire il pieno soddisfacimento delle esigenze della clientela
- Collabora attivamente con il team al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi qualitativi e quantitativi prestabiliti dall'Azienda
- Collabora con il team per garantire l'allestimento dello store secondo le linee guida definite dai diversi Dipartimenti preposti (Marketing, Visual Merchandising..)
- Gestisce e assicura un'efficiente organizzazione del magazzino
**REQUISITI e COMPETENZE**
- Precedente esperienza di vendita nel settore beauty con spiccate doti commerciali
- Conoscenza approfondita delle tecniche di make-up
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, la conoscenza di altre lingue costituisce un plus
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, anche sabato o domenica
- Capacità di lavorare in un contesto fortemente dinamico uniti ad un forte spirito di iniziativa, curiosità e self motivation
- Ottime capacità relazionali, predisposizione al problem solving e al lavoro in team
