- Rewarding ed elaborazione sistemi premianti;
- Individuazione e definizione della mappatura delle competenze dei singoli ruoli;
- Gestione tematiche disciplinari;
- Elaborazione delle comunicazioni organizzative;
- Redazione procedure interne e regolamenti;
- Analisi assetto organizzativo e predisposizione organigramma aziendale
Requisiti
- Laurea in Risorse Umane, in Giurisprudenza, in Economia o in facoltà similari
- Esperienza di almeno 6 anni nella gestione del personale all'interno del dipartimento HR in contesti aziendali strutturati;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel;
- Capacità di lavorare per scadenze e di gestione stress;
- Capacità analitiche e organizzazione;
- Precisione, proattività
- Essere automunito/a per raggiungere autonomamente la sede di lavoro che è difficilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici
