**Position Summary**:
Stiamo cercando un/una **Logistic Inbound and Outbound Supervisor** per la nostra sede di **Rovereto (TN)** in Italia.
- Main opportunities and challanges:_

Guidare un gruppo di lavoro eterogeneo, che abbraccia task multifunzionali e in stretto rapporto con i responsabili di funzione.

Possibilità di costruirsi una propria autonomia decisionale nel tempo.

Vedere concretizzato il proprio contributo favorendo il miglioramento dei KPI aziendali.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Guidare un team di 50 carrellisti e 8 impiegati
- Garantire lo svolgimento di tutte le attività relative al material handling in accordo con le policy aziendali
- Garantire il rispetto delle procedure di sicurezza
- Ottimizzare le risorse e il flusso di materiale sia fisico che informatico
- Rafforzare i processi di material handling al fine di minimizzare le differenze invetariali
- Facilitare la collaborazione interfunzionale (produzione, finance, )
- Valutare e proporre la selezione e implementazione di packaging sostenibili
- Disegnare nuove procedure

**Job Position Requirements**:
**Education**:
Laurea triennale in Ingegneria

Professional background:
2-3 anni di esperienza nella gestione di gruppi di lavoro eterogenei, preferibilmente inbound/outbound logística o produzione

**Hard Skills**:
Essential:

- Conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Conoscenza dei principi di lean manufacturing
- Material and logistic flow

Considered as a plus:
Conoscenza di SAP

**Soft Skills**:

- Proattività e orientamento al risultato
- Capacità di negoziazione
- Umiltà e assertività
- Spinta al miglioramento continuo aziendale e personale
