Description

Your responsibilities:

  • Perform standard and ad hoc detailed analyses for planning & fulfillment metrics (inventory, on-time delivery, lead-time, forecast accuracy, resource utilization). Identify key root causes for non-performance, and drive improvement initiatives across the Hub-Business Unit or Local BU/PG;
  • Establish and share best practices for operations planning, inventory management and resource management;
  • Support local Operations Planners Master Schedule Planner, Material planner and Operational Buyers (including data entry);
  • Support the local implementation of planning technology solutions;
  • Compile and send weekly/monthly report out to business leaders on planning and fulfillment and inventory performance;
  • Interact with all the Business Unit teams;

Your background:

  • A master's degree in engineering (management/mechanical/electrical or others) or economics;
  • 12 years of experience is nice to have;
  • Good knowledge of Basic MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power-Point);
  • Knowledge of SAP will be considered a plus;
  • Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English (B1/B2);
  • Proactivity, organization, good attention to detail and strong communication skills are required.
