Bulgari Accessori, all'interno della Business Unit Leather Goods & Accessories a Firenze, sta ricercando un/a Modelling & Protyping Manager, per coordinare i team di Modelleria e Prototipia al fine di garantire lo sviluppo dei cartamodelli, dei prototipi e dei campioni per i prodotti in pelle.

Descrizione delle attività principali:

- Relazionarsi costantemente con il team creativo e il team sviluppo prodotto, al fine di raccogliere input da elaborare a livello tecnico e di prodotto;
- Assicurare una pianificazione delle attività del team in modo tale da rispettare le scadenze
- per la realizzazione di tutti i nuovi progetti;
- Analizzare i disegni e assicurare studi di fattibilità tecnici, tenendo anche in considerazione tutti i tipi di materiali da utilizzare e con un approccio proattivo rispetto a soluzioni tecniche da proporre al team creativo;
- Assicurare lo sviluppo del cartamodello finale, rispettando la creatività, la técnica, la funzionalità, la qualità e i requisiti economici;
- Assicurare lo sviluppo della salpa, dei prototipi e dei campioni, rispettando priorità e scadenze prefissate;
- Supervisionare la fase di realizzazione del prototipo, collaborando con il manager/coordinatore dello sviluppo prodotto, rispettando la data di consegna, i target di costo e gli standard qualitativi;
- Partecipare ai meeting di avanzamento di collezione interfacciandosi con tutti gli attori coinvolti (Sviluppo
- Prodotto, Marketing, Design, Ricerca Materiali, Ricerca Accessori metallici, Production Planning);
- Stimare in fase di studio e calcolare in maniera definitiva a progetto approvato, i consumi di pelle, tessuti, e infustiture;
- Assicurare l'analisi e la valutazione degli strumenti necessari per il processo di produzione (es. impianti, dime, forme, piazzature, forme, etc);
- Partecipare all'approvazione del prodotto finito e al controllo di conformità técnica (es. "sdifettamento", "prova fustelle") insieme ai team di Sviluppo Prodotto e Industrializzazione/Qualità;
- Assicurare l'utilizzo di soluzioni tecnologiche, materali e lavorazioni sempre aggiornati;
- Assicurare il costante sviluppo di competenze tecniche del proprio team.

PROFILE

COMPETENZE TECNICHE
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza pregressa in un ruolo analogo
- Conoscenza dei processi di modelleria e prototipia
- Conoscenza delle tecniche di preparazione e d'assemblaggio dei prodotti in pelle
- Conoscenza dei processi di produzione di pelletteria e propensione ad un costante aggiornamento sulle soluzioni tecniche e tecnologiche disponibili sul mercato
- Buone capacità di Project Management
- Conoscenza del sistema cad Mozart sarà considerato un plus
- Laurea e conoscenza dell'inglese saranno considerate un plus
