About the location:
- An urban oasis surrounded by historic charm, offering a private garden, Michelin-starred dining, and a locally inspired Spa in the heart of Florence.
- The Shift Engineer is responsible for diagnosing and repairing hotel equipment efficiently, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and compliance with policies.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and conduct preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Diagnose and repair various equipment throughout the building.
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly.
- Adhere to emergency procedures and respond to any emergency conditions.
- Assist in energy conservation initiatives.
- Install and maintain electrical and mechanical systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum one year experience in a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
- Technical knowledge of building maintenance.
- Proficiency in Italian language; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Legal right to work in Italy.
