La tua sfida

In qualità di Programmatore softwareper il Commissioning & Service, alcune delle principali attività saranno:

·Supporto tecnico e operativo in loconella progettazione, sviluppo, installazione e manutenzione delleapparecchiature

·Rispetto delle normative e dellepolitiche in materia di salute, sicurezza e ambiente applicabili a ciascunsito.

·Messa in servizio e manutenzionedelle apparecchiature legate al portafoglio di sistemi di building automation eclimatizzazione

·Identificazione e risoluzione deiguasti elettrici e meccanici del prodotto

·Gestire le routine dicommissioning/field service interfacciandosi anche con terze parti

·Assistenza clienti remota e in loco

·Gestione backup e documentazionetecnica di progetto

·Coinvolgimento nella progettazionetecnica e nello sviluppo delle offerte di commissioning/servizio.

·Supporto e commissioning utilizzandosoluzioni e strumenti digitali innovativi (sviluppati dalla sede centrale)

·Attività diagnostiche.

Chi vorremmoincontrare?

Un candidato con queste caratteristiche:

·Comprovata esperienza nei sistemi dibuilding automation

·Conoscenza di base delle principalinorme tecniche CEI - UNI -ISO -EN

·Comprovata esperienza nei principibase di funzionamento degli impianti di climatizzazione, elettrici e diilluminazione.

·Conoscenza dei protocolli dicomunicazione standard BACNET, KNX, LON, MODBUS, DALI.

·La conoscenza e la capacità diprogrammazione della famiglia di prodotti PXC costituiranno criterio dipreferenza;

·La conoscenza e la capacità diprogrammare la piattaforma DesigoCC saranno considerate criterio di preferenza;

·Conoscenza delle più comunitecnologie informatiche: sistemi operativi Windows, SQL server, reti IP.

·Conoscenza e capacità di letturadegli schemi elettrici

·Competenza dimostrata nel debuggingdei problemi tecnici e nel test software.

·Appassionato e preparato a gestireproblematiche legate all'innovazione tecnologica e alla risoluzione deiproblemi

·Forte orientamento agli obiettivi eal servizio del cliente, iniziativa, autonomia e propensione al lavoro disquadra

·Disponibilità a trasferte di lavoroa livello nazionale

·Buona conoscenza della linguainglese e italiana, sia scritta che parlata

·Capacità di stabilire le priorità inmodo efficace, gestire i cambiamenti nelle priorità e risolvere i problemi

·Disponibilità a conoscere tecnologienuove e innovative

We are looking for a Commissioning & Service Engineer committed to Building Automation to be hired with a permanent contract in Bologna within the Smart InfrastructureRegional Solution & Service area.

Your Challenge

As a senior commissioning and serviceengineer your mission will be to commission and maintain comfort systemsensuring customer satisfaction. Some of themain activities will be:

On-site technical and operational support in the design, development,installation and maintenance of equipment Compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations and policiesapplicable to each site. Commissioning and maintenance of equipment associated with the buildingautomation and climate control systems portfolio Identifying and resolving electrical and mechanical product faults Manage commissioning/field service routines interfacing also with thirdparties Remote and on-site customer support Maintenance of technical project archives Involvement in technical design and development of commissioning/serviceoffers. Support and commissioning using innovative digital solutions and tools(developed by headquarters) Diagnostic activities.

To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:

Proven experience in comfort systems Basic knowledge of the main technical standards CEI - UNI -ISO -EN Proven experience in the basic operating principles of air conditioning,electrical and lighting systems. Knowledge of standard communication protocols BACNET, KNX, LON, MODBUS,DALI. Knowledge of and ability to programme the PXC product family will beconsidered a criterion of preference; Knowledge of and ability to programme the DesigoCC platform will beconsidered a criterion of preference; Knowledge of the most common computer technologies: Windows desktop andserver operating systems, IP networks. Knowledge and ability to read switchboard diagrams Demonstrated competence in repair troubleshooting and testing of assignedprograms. Passionate and prepared to handle issues related to technologicalinnovation and troubleshooting Strong goal-oriented and customer service orientation, initiative, autonomyand propensity for teamwork Willingness to undertake frequent business trips nationally and sometimesinternationally Good knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken Ability to prioritise effectively, manage changes in priorities and solveproblems Willingness to learn about new and innovative technologies Ability to establish and maintain positive and collaborative Proficiency inEnglish and Italian Eligibility to work in Italy
