POSIZIONE LAVORATIVA

La risorsa ideale, seguendo un per di crescita interna, si dovra' occupare della gestione di opportunita' di acquisizione portafogli di crediti garantiti da immobili; collaborare con professionisti esterni per sviluppare strategie di acquisizione in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali; gestione di un portafoglio clienti personale; partecipare alla raccolta e analisi di dati finanziari, operativi e di mercato relativi ai crediti e agli immobili sottostanti.

REQUISITI:

Requisiti richiesti:

Laurea triennale in Economia;

buon utilizzo di excell;

attitudine commerciale;

buona conoscenza dei concetti principali di finanza, analisi di business, consulenza o ruoli correlati.

e' considerato un PLUS la provenienza dal settore dei crediti garantiti o immobiliare;

ottima predisposizione ai rapporti interpersonali e capacita' comunicative nonche' sensibilita' commerciale
