We are looking for a passionate and engaged Vendors Compliance and Sustainability Intern to join our indirect purchasing department in our Global HQ in Milan.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
In this role, you will support the team in the following activities:
- Support Vendor management activities (vendor qualification and compliance);
- Manage all the Sustainability projects of the office;
- Support the product development of the products purchased by the office;
- Regular internal communications to better understand the requirement and needs of stakeholder;
- Support external communications with suppliers regarding commercial offers,contracts, payments terms, and data collection.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree or above in Sustainability;
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite, mainly Excel and Word;
- Proficient in English;
- Project Management skills;
- Good interpersonal skills
