Estremamente innovativo è anche motore di crescita sostenibile e inclusiva, con impatto concreto sulla società e con un forte impegno per l'ambiente.Stiamo cercando professioniste e professionisti che abbiano maturato 3-5 anni di esperienza in ambito Information and Comunication Technology nel settore Bancario, che abbia gestito o partecipato a progetti ad alta complessità nell'ambito della concessione del credito e avere lavorato nella gestione e sviluppo di applicativi per la gestione di crediti finanziamenti e la provenienza da società di Software Engineering o da strutture equivalenti.Integra il profilo l'avere esperienza di pianificazione e monitoraggio dei progetti ad alta complessità, la capacità di gestire relazioni ed integrare fornitori terzi, la conoscenza generale delle tecnologie di riferimento nel settore.Richiesta esperienza su progettualità waterfall e sopratutto Agile.Richiesta capacità di governare progetti con fornitori di elevato standingUtile la conoscenza dei linguaggi di programmazione e database relazionaliNecessario spirito di squadra, problem solving e capacità analitiche per gestire al meglio le attività progettuali e di sviluppo altamente sfidanti.La risorsa verrà inserita all'interno di un team che seguirà progetti complessi di trasformazione applicativa digitale delle piattaforme in cloud o in outsourcing strutturare per la gestione delle fasi di concessione .
• Coordinerai con il suppprto delle strutture di relazione e degli analisti funzionali le attvità di raccolta requisiti e le necessità di business
• Ti occuperai della raccolta e della predisposizione delle stime, della gestione del budget assegnato e della pianificazione delle attività anche in team con altri colleghi, svilupperai e supervisionerai le predisposizioni dei documenti di analisi funzionali e l'interazione con i Fornitori per la realizzazione del software seguendo le diverse fasi progettuali, comprensive di test, rilascio in produzione e follow-up.
• Potrai integrare la tua formazione sulle tecniche e metodologie di Program e Project Management, Metodologia Agile e Waterfall
• Parteciperai al disegno di una soluzione in un ambiente complesso ad alta interazione e con le tecnologie più innovativeEsperienza Richiesta Obbligatori:- conoscenza delle principali fasi progettuali di un progetto di sviluppo informatico e delle metodologie di pianificazione e monitoraggio dei progetti, di stima e budgeting progettuale- Esperienza di gestione e sviluppo progettuale di applicativi- Provenienza da società di Software Engineering, da altre banche o da strutture equivalenti- Capacità di problem solving- Buone doti relazionali e di sintesi- Conoscenza del Pacchetto OfficePreferenziali:- Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica, Matematica, Statistica o Fisica o esperienza equivalente- Conoscenza dei processi del credito e/o di altri ambiti di operatività della banca- Saper utilizzare strumenti di progettazione e reporting (Nota: es. Project Microsoft)- Autonomia di lavoro con la lingua inglese- Conoscenza della metodologia di lavoro Agile,- Conoscenza della metodologia di stima e pianificazione a Function PointOpzionali:- Esperienza progettuale nell' ambito della concessione del credito- Conoscenza di linguaggi di programmazione, DB relazionali e architetture a Microservizi- Essere in possesso della certificazione PMP e/o equivalenti.Entra a far parte di una realtà internazionale e innovativa.
