Per la filiale italiana (sede di Roma) ricerco un FP&A Manager da inserire in sostituzione maternità (durata contrattuale pari a 1 anno).

Job Description The FP&A Manager, within Financial Planning & Analysis Team, will report directly to Head of FP&A.

The role is responsible for supporting the Management Accounting activities with main focus on the New Generation Products, P&L and Investments' cost control (Advertising & Promotions plus Overheads monitoring, analysis, reporting and forecasting), in order to provide on-time relevant information to the Management.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Cooperation in preparation of the Category Forecast by sku, by sub channel, by month with given pricing and tax assumptions, with analysis on the direct costs (COS, OCOS), profitability, direct investments, brand contribution.(Prepare) Variance analysis of Actuals vs Budget/ Forecast which should feed a comprehensive Executive Summary as part of the reporting to the Stakeholders.

Liaise with the Management Accounting Manager and the Accounting Manager to align financial Forecast, Cash Flow and phasing of Investments.

Simulate financial impact of proposed strategic/ tactical decisions.
Develop and monitor a variety of ad-hoc studies and reports for the Management.

Produce Monthly reporting on:
(a) direct A&P (b) general OH's spending by Cost Centre and/or Budget Owner.

Work closely with all Budget Owners and define commonly mitigating actions in case of material deviations, follow-up the effectiveness of the initiated actions.

Cooperate with the local Management and propose cost rationalisation actions wherever applicable.
Prepare the OH's Budget and the periodic revised forecasts.
Enforce appropriate controlling tools to improve the Reporting preparation and presentation.
Contribute to the Financial reporting accuracy over month-closing and reconcile Intra-Group allocations. Competenze ed esperienza SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Requirements:

Sound background and knowledge on accounting, primarily Management Accounting and Financial Analysis.3/5 years' experience in similar position in a FMCG preferably in a Multinational Company.

IFRS knowledge is an asset for the position.
Knowledge and/or experience of ERP applications will be considered as an asset.
Proficiency in the use of Excel functionality and MS Office in general.

Ability to communicate at all levels both across the business community and with Cluster Finance Team/ Division FP&A, Group Finance.

Documentation and presentation skills, ability to compile clear and precise reports.
