MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIESPerform the Accounts Receivable functions, generation A/R invoices, process, and A/R receiptsSupport in:

the monthly sales reporting from shops and e-commerce to ISTATthe shops quarterly analysis (monitor of Discounts/Gifts/Change Prices/Returns)the AML reporting of cash transactionsin Duty-Free shops communicationsthe filing of all shops documents sent to the officeother shops admin activities (e.g.

CITES, Sales checks, etc.)book-keeping operationsthe monthly accounting closingthe monthly Inter-Company reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and profit and loss.

Perform routine activitiesTECHNICAL SKILLSAccounting principles and proceduresOffice computingKnowledge of Microsoft Office programs:
