Information Risk Management Technical Leader

Key Responsibilities:
Support the NFR team during risk assessments, challenging IT and Business Continuity controls and providing advice on mitigating measures Do and coordinate IT risk assessments, IT spot checks and deep divesExecute and coordinate quality reviews of IT Key Controls Testing exercise done by first line of defenceSupport the NFR team during process reviews, by means of walkthrough and testing of key IT and Business continuity controls Validate the implementation of the solutions identified by the first line of defence and actual risk mitigation (i.e. issue tracking) Support the first line of defence in the tracking and monitoring of Events and IncidentsMeasure, monitor and report the IT and Business Continuity risks, including Key Risk Indicators Support the Head of NFR in the preparation of the Non Financial Risk Committee and Non Financial Risk DashboardAssign short-term work schedules to the monitoring team in order to achieve expectations while following established timelines.
Give support and mentorship to team membersEducational Qualifications:
University degree Technical, Language and other Specialized skills: Knowledge of IT Governance, IT Security, IT Incident management, Architecture and Network items (Certifications are important to demonstrate knowledge)
