La risorsa acquisira' diverse competenze supportando il team nelle seguenti attivita':
- Programmi/progetti complessi di trasformazione IT;
- Visibilita' dell'intero ciclo di vita di un progetto e programma;
- Interfacciamento con i diversi stakeholder coinvolti nel progetto;
- Analisi dati ed elaborazione reportistica;
- Attivita' di project management nell'ambito di progetti di innovazione e cambiamento.
Requisiti Richiesti:
- Laurea magistrale in discipline ingegneristiche o economiche;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Capacita' di muoversi in contesti estremamente dinamici;
- Ottimedoti di comunicazione;
- Ottime capacita' di adattamento e di team working;
- Orientamento al risultato e precisione nel rispetto delle scadenze;
- Buona gestione dello stress;
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese.
Booster valorizzanti la candidatura:
- Interesse e propensione per tematiche legate al mondo IT (ad es. tesi di laurea);
- Certificazioni in particolare in ambito Project Management (es. CAPM).
Infine, non possono mancare la curiosita' e il desiderio di imparare ogni giorno qualcosa di nuovo, nonche' la volonta' di creare effettivo valore per noi e per i nostri clienti.
