Hitachi Energy is looking for a SAP S/4HANA & SAP Ariba deployment SCM Supporter for our transformers factories in Hub Europe.

The SAP S/4HANA & SAP Ariba deployment SCM Supporter will be responsible for coordinating and harmonizing implementation of SAP S4/Hana and Ariba strategic sourcing processes within Hub Europe transformers factories.

Standardizing and simplifying trainings related to strategic sourcing to meet standards of quality. Being an SAP S4/Hana and Ariba key user for strategic sourcing processes.

Your responsibilities

  • Coordinating the implementation of SAP S4/Hana and Ariba strategic sourcing processes.
  • Performing the role of an expert in the area of the strategic sourcing processes in SAP S4/Hana and Ariba.
  • Supporting local implementation of SAP S4/Hana and Ariba strategic sourcing solutions.
  • Collaborating with all team members to have an impact to effective and optimal SAP S4/Hana and Ariba strategic sourcing solutions deployment.
  • Providing SAP S4/Hana and Ariba strategic sourcing solutions support to the Factory Supply Chain Managers and Hub Category Managers if needed.
  • Finding possibilities to automate processes by elimination of manual work and reduction of human/system errors.
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating with all parties.

Your background

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, purchasing or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of operational experience in process improvement area.
  • SAP S4/Hana and Ariba advanced knowledge
  • Good understanding of value chain processes
  • Proficiency in SAP modules as an end user as well as knowledge in configuration and design development.
  • Experience in sourcing/purchasing process would be an asset.
  • Project management skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of software solutions in this functional area with a clear focus on newer generation digital tools.
  • Ability to bring together different internal stakeholders for a common focus.
  • Systematic approach, business mindset, good articulation skills.
  • Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
