Nel dettaglio, la figura individuata si occuperà di:
• Ricevere le informazioni relative ad ogni commessa attiva (scadenze, tempi, costi a budget), e alle risorse a disposizione (ore disponibili, competenze).
• Partecipare alla stesura del piano di commessa, pianificando le risorse con lo scopo di ottimizzare il flusso complessivo aziendale.
• Definire la pianificazione complessiva, ottimizzata nel rispetto delle scadenze imposte dal Commerciale, per ogni commessa, in collaborazione con i PM.
• Interfacciarsi con il reparto Commerciale e Direzione Tecnica (Operations).
• Redazione di eventuali piani di rientro e risolvere eventuali discordanze.
• Monitorare l'avanzamento di ogni commessa (Lead Time) e del piano complessivo, tramite meeting regolari, interfacciandosi con i vari referenti delle commesse.
• Monitorare Tempi, Costi e Qualità, producendo report, interfacciandosi con il Controller, riportando ai vari PM e sollecitando la risoluzione delle discordanze rispetto al Budget.
Requisiti:
• Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Industriale o dell'Automazione
• Esperienza in ruoli di mansione e pianificazione e nella gestione di progetti su commessa
• Conoscenza dei fondamenti di progettazione meccanica
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
• Orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi e alla risoluzione dei problemi
• Ottime competenze comunicative e relazionali
L'azienda offre contratto a tempo indeterminato con inserimento diretto in azienda, e retribuzione commisurata alle competenze della figura individuata.
Disponibilità oraria: Full Time
