They serve as their point of contact and lead from initial outreach through the making of the final purchase.
We are looking for 2 qualified Direct Enrolment Officer/ Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with potential students and overseeing enrolments.

Direct Enrolment duties and responsibilities include:


courses using solid arguments to prospective sales opportunities through micro conversion targets and ongoing CRM platform (SalesForce) maintain and manage a pipeline of leads, keeping track of interactions, responses, tasks and follow-up activities.updates to management on key metrics such as number of qualified leads generated, conversion rates, the success of scheduled appointments, the number of applications, admissions and immatriculations.


Specifically:


potential students according to the company multichannel strategy (call, messages, whatsapp and email) in order to facilitate the enrollment process and providing them with necessary support.potential leads' fit and readiness for the offer via structured approach and good questioning and schedule meetings and contacts to progress the sales process.personally (in campus and online) students and families in order to give all orientation information and to maximize prospect the promotional events organized within the campus and online in order to support and maximise the enrollment of the all new applications of Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses, gathering all documents and keeping the pipeline updated.

students questions about enrollment procedures, respond to applicants and follow-up on missing documents, provide detailed information about scholarships and financial aidAbout You Strong communication skills
Excellent written English & Italian and ability to write for different audiences to produce different types of communication eg. emails, instructions, training documents, presentations,Well-spoken and articulate. Professional, friendly phone and in person manner.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of experience within a dynamic and international environment.
He/she has solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Fluent knowledge of Italian and English is key.
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
Contract and compensation to be defined.
