Dal 2010 il Gruppo Rollon ha rafforzato la propria presenza nel mondo con nuove filiali in Cina, India e Giappone, e uffici in Russia e Regno Unito, che si aggiungono all'headquarter italiano e alle filiali in Germania, Francia e Stati Uniti.
**Stage " Customer Service Intercompany"**:
La risorsa verrà inserita all'interno del team logistico e, interfacciandosi con le diverse funzioni aziendali, supporterà il team nella gestione di offerte / ordini e richieste provenienti dalle diverse filiali del Gruppo.
In particolare, la risorsa supporterà i colleghi nelle attività di:
Inserimento degli ordini e gestione dei rapporti con le filiali e le funzioni aziendali coinvolte fino alla chiusura e alla spedizione dell'ordine
Monitoraggio nell'avanzamento del materiale e interfaccia con l'ufficio pianificazione e magazzino per l'approntamento e spedizione del materiale
Contatto con le filiali per il monitoraggio dello stato dell'ordine.
Interfaccia con l'ufficio spedizioni per l'organizzazione del ritiro merce ed eventuali problematiche con i corrieri.
- Laurea triennale in Lingue/ Scienze della comunicazione e affini
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particole di Microsoft Excel
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (uso quotidiano)
- Preferibile conoscenza di una terza lingua (francese / tedesco / cinese / giapponese)
- Buone abilità relazionali e comunicative
- Buona capacità di lavorare in team.
Si offre contratto di stage retribuito della durata di 6 mesi.
