Quality Manager

**Posizione**:
Quality Manager che dovrà svolgere le seguenti attività:
- Rilevare e definire standard base di qualità di ogni appartamento;
- Definire e standardizzare obiettivi di qualità di ogni singola struttura e delle strutture nel suo complesso;
- Diversificare le tipologie d'intervento manutentivo nel gestire il team di tecnici tra standard e premium;
- Organizzare e monitorare lo scheduling degli interventi e gestire possibili imprevisti e ritardi operativi;
- Coordinare il numero di richieste in linea con la disponibilità operativa del team tecnico;
- Cooperare con gli altri dipartimenti quali: e Booking a favore del raggiungimento degli obiettivi di manutenzione pianificati;
**Requisiti**:
La figura ricercata dovrebbe essere un architetto oppure un interior Designer oppure un Home Stager che abbiano fatto corsi allo IED con esperienza sia in progettazione che in gestione della manutenzione ordinaria.
Sono richiesti i seguenti:
- Laurea in architettura;
- Diploma di interior design;
- Minima esperienza pregressa in contesti immobiliari - studi professionali di architettura e/o negozi d'arredo o ancor meglio di cantiere e coordinamento team tecnico.
- Competenze organizzative;
- Problem solving;
- Spiccata leadership;
- Precisione e orientamento al compito;
- Competenze relazionali;
- Capacità di adattamento e sana resistenza allo stress;
