Your Role

We're looking for a Legal Intern to join our team in Chiavari. This is a unique opportunity to gain practical experience and develop your skills in a dynamic corporate environment within a multinational company.

In this role you'll assist and gain knowledge in various legal and administrative tasks, working closely with our elite business unit Legal team.

As a Legal Intern, you'll:

Conduct l egal research . You'll dive deep into various topics related to corporate law, regulations and compliance, then analyze and summarize legal documents, case law and legislative changes before preparing reports based on your findings. Assist with contract reviews. You'll identify and highlight key legal issues and discrepancies in contract terms, and help us ensure all contracts comply with the company policies and legal standards. Provide administrative and secretarial support . Your tasks might include: organizing and maintaining legal files and records; preparing legal correspondence and documentation; and/or handling general administrative tasks such as data entry, document management and office support.

This role requires five days in the office per week, so we're currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our office in Chiavari.

Compensation

For this role we offer a reimbursement of EUR 500 gross monthly.
