Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional business plan to achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and market share growth in Italy.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales managers, distributors, and support staff to drive performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate market opportunities, trends, and competitive threats to inform strategic decision-making and ensure competitive positioning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities, to support business objectives and enhance brand reputation.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to distributors to help them achieve their sales and business development goals, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, operations, and finance, to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives tailored to the Italian market.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and distributor feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize business processes.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and legal requirements governing direct selling operations in Italy, and liaise with legal counsel as needed to address regulatory issues.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand, products, and business opportunities and expand our network of contacts.
  • Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management on regional performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
  • With strong background in B2C Business set -up and Multi-level Marketing

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in direct selling, network marketing, or multi-level marketing, with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of the direct selling industry, including sales strategies, compensation plans, distributor recruitment, and retention practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Fluency in Italian and English is required. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Ability to travel frequently within Italy and occasionally internationally.
