**Work Experience**
Compiti generali:
- Registra le prenotazioni dei clienti - Accoglie ed è a disposizione del cliente dall' arrivo alla partenza - Contribuisce alla costante soddisfazione della clientela assicurando una prestazione qualitativa per tutta la durata del soggiorno - Contribuisce al raggiungimento degli obiettivi quantitativi dell'hotel.
Rapporto con il cliente:
- Controlla la lista arrivi per assicurarsi che l'assegnazione camere e le segnalazioni per eventuali trattamenti VIP sia coerente.
- Accoglie il cliente dall'arrivo con cortesia e attenzione.
- Contribuisce alla sua fidelizzazione instaurando una relazione cordiale e personalizzata.
- Considera e anticipa i bisogni del cliente.
- Gestisce le obiezioni e/o le eventuali osservazioni del cliente
- Veicola l'immagine del marchio e del suo hotel con un comportamento irreprensibile.
Tecnica lavorativa / produzione:
- Assicura le procedure legate ad accoglienza e partenza del cliente nel rispetto delle regole interne. - Informa il cliente sulle condizioni di soggiorno, le formalità e i servizi proposti dall'hotel
- Trasmette le informazioni necessarie agli altri reparti (piani, tecnici...) e agli altri colleghi dell'equipe
- Si assicura che tutto il materiale informativo sia disponibile ed attuale, così come il prodotto e/o i servizi necessari al cliente.
Commerciale / Vendita:
- Promuove le diverse prestazioni dell'hotel per ottimizzare le vendite
- Valorizza il programma di fedeltà del marchio e/o del Gruppo e adatta alla sua argomentazione in funzione dei bisogni del cliente
- Conosce e rispetta le norme di sicurezza dell'hotel
- Vigila sulla sicurezza di beni e persone - Rispetta la «Carta Ambiente » della struttura (risparmio energetico, riciclaggio, raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti...)
Contratto di lavoro: Tirocinio formativo/stage
