**Sales - Digital Experience Area**:
La figura affiancherà il responsabile della BU con le seguenti Attività:
Supporto nell'attuazione della strategia di vendita pianificata dal Responsabile della BU;
Supporto nello sviluppo e mantenimento delle relazioni con i diversi clienti;
Attività di fidelizzazione clienti, supportandoli nelle diverse esigenze;
Monitoraggio di iniziative e progetti;
Supporto nell'identificazione di soluzioni tecniche e gli strumenti utili per soddisfarle;
Supporto nella definizione e nella pianificazione di obiettivi da sottoporre e condividere con il proprio responsabile;
Attività di mappatura nuovi spazi di business e attività di sviluppo commerciale;
Cross selling con le aziende del gruppo;
Predisposizione reportistica;
Attività di visita, analisi bisogni, mappatura necessità formative;
Previsione e mantenimento di P&L e relativi KPI.

**Requisiti richiesti**:
Laurea Magistrale in Economia/Ingegneria o affini;
Dai 2 anni ai 6 anni di esperienza pregressa come Sales;
È fondamentale la conoscenza del mondo software/ICT;
È considerato un requisito preferenziale la conoscenza del mondo customer experience;
Esperienza nella gestione della trattativa commerciale e del suo naturale processo (Prospect, Lead Qualification, Gestione dell'opportunità, etc );
Buone capacità nella Ricerca delle Tendenze del mercato e alla presentazione delle soluzioni aziendali;
Padronanza degli applicativi Office (Excel, PPT, Word);
Capacità di analisi e di sintesi;
Propensione alla proattività ed entusiasmo;
Modalità di lavoro ibrida;
Disponibilità a trasferte presso clienti.
