Descrizione: Questo nuovo Hotel di altissima categoria è alla ricerca di un/una Housekeeping Manager con comprovata e pluriennale esperienza nel settore, Cerchiamo una persona capace di garantire elevati standard di pulizia, organizzazione e comfort per gl'ospiti della struttura. Responsabilità:

  • Gestire e coordinare le attività quotidiane del personale delle pulizie.
  • Formazione delle figure professionali affidate alla sua responsabilità
  • Assicurare che tutte le camere, le aree comuni e gli spazi back-office siano impeccabili e conformi agli standard dell'hotel.
  • Supervisionare il lavoro del personale di pulizia, fornire formazione continua e feedback costruttivo.
  • Gestire l'inventario dei materiali di pulizia e delle dotazioni delle camere, effettuando ordini tempestivi per evitare carenze.
  • Ispezionare le camere e le aree comuni per verificare la qualità del lavoro svolto.
  • Collaborare con altri reparti dell'hotel per assicurare un'esperienza ospite impeccabile.
  • Risolvere eventuali problemi relativi alla pulizia o al comfort degli ospiti in modo rapido ed efficace.
  • Garantire il rispetto delle normative di sicurezza e igiene.

Requisiti:

  • Esperienza comprovata come Housekeeping Manager in hotel di medio-alto livello di almeno 3-5 anni
  • Capacità di leadership e di gestione di un team numeroso.
  • Ottime capacità organizzative, di problem solving e di lavoro sinergico con i vari comparti operativi della struttura
  • Conoscenza delle normative vigenti in materia di sicurezza e igiene.
  • Eccellenti capacità comunicative in lingua italiana ed inglese
  • Automunita
