Il Troubleshooter dell'Help Desk è il primo punto di contatto nelle richieste di supporto tecnico in presenza e/o da remoto durante la fase di manutenzione dei prodotti KONE e/o non KONE. Supporta i manutentori nella risoluzione dei problemi tecnici, lavorando per garantire che i prodotti siano mantenuti in conformità con i requisiti di sicurezza, processo e qualità di KONE.
Il Troubleshooter è esperto in prodotti e soluzioni KONE e non KONE.
Requisiti · Diploma superiore
· Conoscenza della lingua inglese
· Competenze digitali
· I ndispensabile l'abilitazione alla manutenzione di impianti elevatori · Esperienza tecnica nella manutenzione / riparazione di ascensori di vari tipi e brand · Conoscenza della normativa tecnica relativa a manutenzione e riparazione di impianti di ascensori e scale
· Conoscenza normativa in materia di sicurezza, con particolare riferimento a impianti di ascensori e scale
