HiRevo, a company within Gi Group Holding, is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the HiRevo Mechanics team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Defining needs and identifying the best service solutions
  • Recruiting, acquiring, and managing candidate applications
  • Qualifying and updating the database and candidate relationships
  • Conducting evaluation interviews
  • Guiding both candidates and clients
  • Proactively proposing the best profiles

This role does not involve acquiring new clients.

Qualifications:

If you have 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, good knowledge of MS Office and LinkedIn Recruiter, customer orientation, strong empathy and listening skills, goal-oriented mindset, and proficiency in English, you might be the ideal candidate. Familiarity with assessment tools like testing and assessment centers is a plus.
