- Gestione autonoma del coordinamento della rete dei punti vendita;
- Realizzazione degli obiettivi commerciali aziendali;
- Monitoraggio e andamento delle vendite;
- Analisi del food cost e labour cost definendo i KPIs.
- Gestione delle comunicazioni con i fornitori di delivery e food&beverage;
- Supporto nella selezione e formazione delle figure manageriali;
- Monitoraggio degli interventi di manutenzione per ciascun punto vendita;
- Constante interfaccia con la Direzione per eventuali esigenze e criticità dei punti vendita e con l'ufficio HR per la gestione del personale in materia di upgrade professionali, contestazioni, interruzioni e nuovi inserimenti;
- Definizione e implementazione di strategie commerciali per assicurare lo sviluppo della rete;
- Redazione di report settimanali delle attività e del rendimento dei punti vendita;
- Analisi dell'andamento del mercato e delle azioni commerciali dei principali competitor;
- Coordinamento e supporto agli Store Manager;
- Ottime capacità di gestione e di problem solving;
- Ottima conoscenza dei processi di gestione di punti vendita;
- Leadership ed orientamento ai risultati;
- Attitudine all'analisi dei dati ed allo sviluppo del business;
- Ottime capacità relazionali, gestione e motivazione e supporto alla rete;
- Ampia dimestichezza con l'uso del pacchetto Office;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
La sede di lavoro è a Milano (zona Repubblica).
La posizione prevede frequenti trasferte sul territorio nazionale.
