Global Account within the Global BD & Sales unit within Enel X Way
, the new-branded division for electrical mobility of Enel Group.
Enel X Way, the new Business Line, was created to respond to the global expansion of the e-Mobility market and of charging solutions and related platforms for the energy supply of zero-emission vehicles, through a greater focus of activities, as sustainable mobility plays a fundamental and driving role in a radical change of habits aimed at reducing environmental impact through ecological transition and electrification.

What you will do:
- Drive and conclude (with specialist support as appropriate) the business opportunity within their assigned accounts in the transport segment and sell the eBus Enel X Way services, technology, and solutions both directly and leveraging Enel companies.
- Manage the revenue growth and client satisfaction of their assigned accounts.
- To be the major influencer of client's enterprise eMobility strategy.
- Effective coverage of all accounts through the development and delivery of account strategies through a global account plan in order to drive profitable and sustainable growth.
- Generates new sales pursuits through direct, Enel group companies and partner engagements with the client to lead the successful conclusion of the pursuits including contract negotiations with the client.
- Works with and learns from sales specialists to further their understanding of the specialist elements of the portfolio.
- Establishes position of business advisor as well as creating potential growth opportunities with client executives by demonstrating thought leadership and strategic thinking.
- Leads internal processes to assess and utilize coverage capacity models to maintain invested resources (investing resources into the account to grow revenues) including Inside sales, Business Development, Sales specialists, Account Based Marketing & Presales support.
Who you are:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with:
- 5 years of outside sale experience.
- Experience with closing sales of energy solutions, energy hardware, energy software in the commercial, institutional, and or automotive markets.
- Familiarity with High Power Charger and DC Fast Charger solutions
- Experience of having developed and executed business strategies to substantially increase account growth and revenues
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, consultative servicesled sales engagements and multiparty negotiations with partners and clients.
- Successful proven track record of leading, negotiating, influencing, and closing within the sales cycle including negotiations skills balanced between client requirements and business case requirements in the automotive industry.
