**STRATEGY CONSULTANT.**
La figura sarà responsabile della crescita del business di brand nazionali e internazionali, fornendo consulenza strategica e prendendo parte a progetti di definizione delle roadmaps strategiche, strategie go-to-market e strategie di crescita.
**Di cosa ti occuperai**:
- Analizzare e monitorare le condizioni e i processi aziendali e del mercato (analisi di mercato, ricerche, previsioni macroeconomiche)
- Partecipare alla fase di progettazione, sviluppo e implementazione della strategia aziendale
- Definire ed elaborare le roadmaps strategiche, individuando obiettivi e risultati attesi
- Project Delivery: garantire la corretta gestione e svolgimento delle attività di progetto, interfacciandoti quotidianamente con il cliente
- Partecipare all'analisi dei risultati e predisporre la reportistica
- Accounting sul cliente per discutere e valutare nuove strategie
**Cosa ci aspettiamo da te**:
- Laurea in Ingegneria, Economia aziendale o formazione affine
- Almeno 2 anni di esperienza nel ruolo, maturati all'interno di società di consulenza strategica o di aree strategiche di società leader
- Esperienza nella gestione di progetti strategici complessi, lavorando con team multidisciplinari
- Capacità di effettuare valutazioni dettagliate di industrie, prodotti, mercati, concorrenti e clienti per identificare rischi e opportunità
- Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese (B2), necessaria per relazionarti con interlocutori internazionali
- Forti capacità analitiche e di problem solving
- Ottime doti comunicative, capacità di lavorare in team e un approccio imprenditoriale
