Industry Technical Recruiter Manager to join its office in
Rome or Genoa, Italy within the Industry Technical Recruitment Division.


Mission:


As Technical Recruitment Manager you will manage the Industrial Technical Recruiters Team and be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, ensuring the acquisition of high caliber talent to support the growth and success of our organization.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for technical positions to attract toptier talent
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs, identify skill requirements, and create job descriptions that effectively communicate the expectations of each role
  • Manage the endtoend recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions in collaboration with hiring managers and HR teams
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment, ensuring the company remains competitive in attracting and hiring top technical talent
  • Coordinate and participate in career fairs, industry events, and other recruitment activities to enhance the company's employer brand
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline and manage the recruitment process effectively
  • Generate recruitment reports and analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for process improvement.

Education:

  • Master's Degree in Economics or Psychology

Qualifications:

  • 57 years of recruitment experience with engineering, consulting or professional services field strongly preferred
  • Competent in situational agility such that adjusts approach based on the situation and learns from experiences to pivot accordingly in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization and with people of varying backgrounds
  • Proven ability to work in a supportive, collaborative, and inclusive team environment
  • Strong knowledge of all relevant HR laws and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
